The Vaccine Formulary Selection Algorithm website is currently under development.

However, you are invited to use and Beta test the site. The Beta designation for software indicates that there may remain discovered or undiscovered limitations, errors, or inconveniences. It will be removed when all programming has been completed and thoroughly tested.

At any time, your comments on the functionality and performance, or suggestions to improve the site, are welcome. Any unexpected or apparently erroneous results may be communicated to vaccineselection@aes.ws .

To run the algorithm, please use the Start Algorithm button at the top to open the Vaccine Formulary Selection Algorithm Problem Setup Page.

If you are willing to be contacted by email in the future with information about site changes and/or to solicit your feedback by questionnaire, please create an account. An account may be created by clicking the Sign In/Register button at the top of this and other pages of the website.

Creating an account will let you save your list of vaccines and prices, and other settings, so that you can use them in future sessions. To be a formal Beta tester, you need to create an account. However, you can create an account and save and retrieve your data without being a formal Beta tester and without giving your name or email address.

Please note that because the website is still under development, changes in the type of information saved and the structure of the database may force us to delete all saved data. In such case, your previously-saved data will not be available.

FURTHER, WE DO NOT RECORD OR LOG THE PRICES OR OTHER OPTIONS WHEN USERS ENTER THEIR SETTINGS AND RUN THE ALGORITHM TO SOLVE FOR A FORMULARY. SETTINGS SAVED BY THE USERS IN STEP 7 WILL NOT BE EXAMINED NOR SHARED WITH OUTSIDE PARTIES.
